Payments & Subscriptions

Payments and Subscriptions via Apple App Store and Google Play

Certain features of the Application may be available for a fee, either as one-time in-app purchases or as automatically renewing subscriptions.

Payments for purchases made within the Application on iOS devices are processed by Apple App Store, and on Android devices by Google Play. This means that all payment transactions are handled by Apple or Google, respectively, in accordance with their applicable terms of service, payment policies, and platform rules.

Prices, available subscription plans, billing periods, and applicable currency are displayed to the user prior to confirming the purchase within the relevant store interface (Apple App Store or Google Play) and may vary depending on location, currency, promotions, or platform. The transaction is concluded upon confirmation of the purchase by the user through their Apple ID or Google account.

Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

In the case of automatically renewing subscriptions:

  • a.the subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods unless the user disables auto-renewal before the end of the current billing period;
  • b.the renewal fee will be charged by Apple or Google using the payment method associated with the user's account;
  • c.users may manage or cancel their subscriptions through their account settings in Apple App Store or Google Play.

Cancellation

Deleting the Application from a device does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, the user must cancel the subscription directly through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscription changes, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, and other modifications may be subject to the policies of the respective platform.

Refunds and Disputes

Refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, and billing-related matters are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Code2310 is not a party to the payment transaction processed by Apple or Google and is not responsible for the operation of their payment systems.

Access and Restore

Access to purchased features or digital content is granted once the Application receives confirmation of the purchase from the relevant store. Where applicable, users may restore their purchases using the restore functionality provided within the Application and supported by the respective platform.

Third-Party Tools

Code2310 may use third-party tools and infrastructure to validate purchases, manage user entitlements, and handle subscription status. Such tools do not affect the fact that all in-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Consumer Rights

If mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection laws grant the user specific rights regarding payments, refunds, or complaints, such rights shall prevail over the provisions of these Terms.

In addition to the terms above, the use of this application is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement: apple.com
