The controller of personal data processed through the MoveNow mobile application ("App") is:

A. Account Information

B. Health & Activity Data (with explicit user consent)

• •Android (Google Fit): steps, activity metrics, calories burned, activity duration
• •iOS (Apple Health / HealthKit): steps, activity metrics, calories burned, workouts

Data is used only to provide app functionality. Not used for advertising, sold, or shared with marketing partners. May qualify as sensitive health data under Article 9 GDPR.

C. Subscription & Purchase Data

• •In-app purchase details

Payment processing is handled by Google Play (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS). MoveNow does not store payment card data.

D. Device & Technical Data

• •IP address
• •Device identifiers
• •Operating system
• •Diagnostic and crash data

E. Advertising & Tracking Data

• •Advertising ID
• •Interaction with ads

Health data is never used for advertising. Cookies or identifiers may be used by AdMob to display ads and measure performance.

Users may withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting Google Fit / Apple Health or deleting their account.

• •If tracking is declined, ads may be non-personalized.
• •Health data is never used for advertising or tracking.

Data may be shared with:

• •Hosting and infrastructure providers

Personal data is never sold.

Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the US. Appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are applied where required.

MoveNow is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Users may delete their account in-app or via email.

• •Subscription is terminated according to store rules.
• •Disconnecting Google Fit / Apple Health also withdraws consent for health data processing.

MoveNow implements technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Before connecting Google Fit:
