MoveNow! is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors.

Although MoveNow! is a fitness motivation application and does not provide user-generated content, messaging, file uploads, or social interaction features, we still enforce strict safety standards.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• •Grooming or predatory behavior toward minors
• •Sexual exploitation of children
• •Any attempt to share, distribute, or access illegal content involving minors

Any confirmed violation will result in:

• •Immediate suspension or termination of the account
• •Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations where required by law

All reports are reviewed promptly and handled in accordance with applicable laws. If we become aware of potential child sexual abuse material, we will take immediate action, including reporting to the appropriate authorities.

MoveNow! complies with all applicable child protection and online safety laws. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities as required.

MoveNow! is intended for users aged 13 years or older, or the minimum age required in their country of residence.

The application is not directed toward children under 13.

MoveNow! complies with the Child Safety Standards and Developer Program Policies of Google Play, including requirements related to the prevention of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
